Shipping costs and delivery

Belgium: Free shipping on all Belgian orders over €100. Shipping costs for orders up to €100 will be €7. You will receive your purchase within 2 weeks.

​

The Netherlands, Germany,  France, Luxembourg & the UK: Free shipping on all orders over €200, €10 for orders up to €200. You will receive your purchase within 2 weeks.

​

Other EU countries, Switserland, Monaco and USA: Free delivery on all orders over €300. Orders up to €300 will be charged €25 shipping costs. You can expect the delivery within 2 weeks.  

​

Worldwide: Delivery costs for all other countries worldwide will be €40. You can expect to receive your purchase within 3 weeks.

​

All non EU countries (also special EU territories: check here) need to be aware of extra customs fees and taxes!! They are not included in the shipping charge and differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.

Exchanges & Returns

​

We accept all returns* within 30 days, counting from the day that you've received your order. 

​

Returned items must be in their original condition. We can not accept any items that have been used or washed.

​

To accept the return of an item, it must be sent back in the same package as received. 

​

If any mistakes or faults in the order, Tierra Lina will replace the order and cover the shipping costs. In all other circumstances the return shipping of our items will be a cost for the buyer.

​

In case you want to exchange an item, we will cover the shipping cost of the replaced item that we will send back.

​

*We do not accept returns or exchanges from sale items or special discounts.

How to return my package?​

​

• Send an email to info@tierralina.com with the complaints. 

​

• Place the items you would like to return in the package that you received.

​

• Fill in our return form. You can download it here. And place it in the package with the items.

​

• Take your package to a local post office and send the package with tracking number back to the following address:

• Once received your items we will send your new order without extra delivery costs in return as soon as we can. In case you are not satisfied with your order we’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days.
